Ecclesiastes 9:10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.
Heavenly Father, God, I thank you for my husband’s job. I thank you for creating his hands and for giving them work to do. I ask, God, that you would bless his efforts at his job, and that you would continue to turn my heart towards thankfulness for the work he is doing. I know that I have the power to speak life into him about his job or to tear him down. I pray for Your words God, to speak life into about the work you have him doing. Thank you for my husband. Amen

Man, I had to pick a tough one right out of the gate, didn’t I? I know this might be a tough one to start with for some of you who are in a really tough job situation. Remember in the original post I suggested to pray a prayer of thanksgiving for this anyways. Our Great Big God is outside of time and He has a plan for this. So thank God for what He is doing in your husband in this area.
Right now I am thankful for how much my husband has learned about himself through his job and also through starting his own businesses. We may be in an exhausting season right now when it comes to work hours, but even in this, I can see how God is growing us and stretching us for the next thing. So I acknowledge that I’m tired and can’t do it all, and rejoice and thank God for all the cool ways my husband works and takes care of our family.

Thank you, love, for going to work when you know it’s going to be a tough day. Thank you for working and planning to create a business you’ll love running. Thank you for allowing God to grow you and shape you through this experience. #thankshubs

Thank you Lord for providing a job for my husband and for a husband who has and wants a job and works hard at whatever his hands find to do. Thank you hubs for going despite how tough and frustrated you may get. Thank you Hun for the long nights and the early mornings you put in to get extra work done. Lord I pray you will keep him going and grant him the wisdom to make the most of every opportunity. Lord also help him to attain his career goals and aspirations. Lord help me to always recognize his efforts and offer him the support he always needs and forever be his biggest cheerleader. #thankshubs #day1job

Thank you to my husband for going to work – even part-time. I know you work very hard at what you do. I hope you find something more rewarding soon. The Lord knows you have much knowledge to share, and I hope He finds a way for you to use that knowledge.
