Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
Heavenly Father, God, thank you for my husband. Thank you for how he plans and dreams for the future and for our lives together. Thank you because of how You created him and his role in our marriage that he can see all kinds of things that I cannot and has a different perspective than I do. Thank you God for his dreams, big and small. Amen.

My husband is a dreamer. Or as he would probably put it, he is ‘entrepreneurial’ (which is a word I shouldn’t have such a hard time spelling since I speak French, but I digress….). On what we now refer to as our ‘accidental first date’ he spent over an hour going over the finer points of how much a franchise owner of a Coldstone Creamery would make. Seriously.
From Day 1, it was always his intention to start his own business and be his own boss. What the business is has changed some over the last 7 years, but the dream has remained the same – to build something that allows us to have our lifestyle the way we want to have it.

Thank, love, for being a dreamer. Thanks for thinking through every scenario and running numbers and working your strengths. This balance is amazing and beautiful and continues to surprise me and make me feel safe. #thankshubs #day4dreamer

Now what to say, he’s no baby dreamer, he is a big dreamer. His visions often times too big for me to fathom. He believes and works hard at his dreams. Thank You Lord for a husband who is a dreamer and is working hard to see his dreams come through & true. Lord like Joseph, bless him and help him to stay focused on You as You work through him and revealed to him all things beautiful in Your time. As You have promised – exceedingly, abundantly, more than we could ever dream. Help me to be what he needs as he realizes his dreams. #thankshubs #day4dreamer @respectdare
