034 The One With Giving What You’ve Got with Kristi Clover

#024 The One with Giving What You've Got with Kristi Clover on the Life Around the Coffee Cup with Leah Heffner

Kristi Clover + Leah talk about showing up and giving what you’ve got. Kristi is a wife, mom, homeschooler, organizational wizard, and podcast host and talks about how over the years, how she’s been showing up with what she has in any season, giving what she’s got. She asks what room Leah would want organizational help with (LEAH’S CLOSET IS VERY UNORGANIZED). This is a great chat and she can’t wait for you to hear it.

About Kristi Clover

Kristi Clover is a Christian, homeschooling mom to five kids ranging from teens to tots and wife to her high school “crush.” Aside from her family (and chocolate), she’s passionate about encouraging women in their faith and inspiring them in their daily lives as moms, wives, and homeschoolers by offering “simple solutions for a more joy-filled life.”

Not surprisingly, you can usually find her at home trying to bring some order and fun into the mayhem of daily life. Kristi is a down-to-earth writer and an energetic speaker who loves to share about her adventures in marriage, motherhood, and homeschooling at KristiClover.com — and on her new podcast, the Simply Joyful Podcast! Kristi is also the creator of the Ultimate Homeschool Organization Course and the author of Homeschool Basics: How to Get Started, Keep Motivated, and Bring Out the Best in Your Kids, co-authored with Tricia Goyer.
Be sure to connect with Kristi online for an extra dose of encouragement for your day and get a free copy of her book, Sanity Savers for Moms, by clicking HERE.

Phonics Museum by Veritas sponsor of Life Around the Coffee Cup Podcast

This podcast is brought to you by….PHONICS MUSEUM by Veritas

My little guy starts kindergarten in the fall and his #1 thing he is excited about is learning to read. He can’t wait to be up to his eye balls in battles between knights and dragons, going on adventures with Janner and Tink, or reliving his favorite moments of Narnia again and again (and again and again).

But I know that reading isn’t this magical kindergarten switch we flip. We have a lot of work to do this year. And I want to help him be successful as he starts out on his reading journey.

That’s why I’m so excited about Phonics Museum from Veritas. It’s an app designed to help kids learn how to read. Veritas uses a classical education model so you can trust their app to do the same. I love that it uses phonics and letter sounds to help him get great building blocks to reading.

You can check out this video then head to phonicsmuseum.com/coffee for a two week FREE trial! Check it out now to help your kid stay up with reading over the summer or to start building reading fundamentals.
