My three things for this week are three things I’ve thought to add or start making since I started meal planning which is a new skill for me. Woo hoo. Check it out!
I’d love to hear your meal plannings wins in the comments….maybe it’ll help me round out the rest of my month, ๐
Family Christian Giveaway
Don’t forget about this post which has a giveaway for a $25 certificate to Family Christian. Could be a great chance for some great resources!
Pregnancy Update
I’m 16 weeks pregnant over here. As fast as my regular clothes stopped fitting I expected to be a house by now. I certainly wouldn’t say I’m a house. In fact I don’t think I’ve gotten much bigger in the last couple weeks. My appetite is still off the charts. I don’t mind. If I’m the size of a house boat come October (or sooner) I’ll stop sleeping and I’ll relish my little Poppyseed of a baby in there.
Blog Remodel
Be on the look out. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be doing some remodeling over here at the blog. I’ll let you know when it’s all done to see the final project. I’m so excited!
Love you all! Thanks for doing life with me!
Lasagna soup is another easy one!

I would like the recipe please! Does it have noodles?

Yay!!! I love this topic! I don’t know what we would do without meal planning.
My kids LOVE meatloaf. So whenever I make it, I always make a huge batch. (Like…at least 3 pounds of meat worth.) you can buy the disposable loaf pans for the one(s) you are going to freeze so you don’t tie up your loaf pan for weeks. Go ahead & bake it like normal, cool & freeze. Then when you don’t feel like cooking one night just pull it out of the freezer that morning, let it thaw & heat in the oven til hot again.
Also check out http://www.ayearofslowcooking.com. She has tons of great crock pot recipes.

I almost NEVER make meatloaf. We eat so much of it when I do I feel like we’re plowing through our meat supply. I should resurrect this one. It’s one of my husband’s faves.
